Shipping & Returns

Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday by yours truly in Boulder, Colorado. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing. Some art prints are print-on-demand and will ship separately from the rest of your order—please allow up to 3 business days for those prints to ship from my distributor. If we have a print in stock, it will typically ship within 1–2 days.

During sales or high-volume periods, processing time may increase to up to 5–7 business days. Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 1–5 business days, depending on your location and carrier delays. Unfortunately, we do not offer International shipping at this time.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship through USPS and UPS. Once your order leaves my hands, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. If your tracking information shows a package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase, and we're here to help if something isn’t right. However, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. This may include cases where inaccurate or outdated billing or account information has been provided.

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing and account details. Failure to do so may result in delays, cancellations, or the inability to process returns.

Returns are accepted for items purchased directly through our website, provided the product is returned unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Please contact natalietouchberry@gmail.com to initiate a return or with any questions.
