I opened my shop this May (a huge thank you to everyone who placed an order in those first few weeks!), and I wanted to share a bit of the story behind three of the pieces in my shop—how they came to be and why I chose to include them in my collection.

My dream of writing and illustrating children’s books took years of small steps and, ultimately, the courage to put my work out into the world and in front of others in the industry.
